We need to try something different for our company I think that web conferencing, web collaboration and online meetings are going to be the way to go. Since I came up with the idea to do web conferencing, web collaboration and online meetings I am in charge of the scheduling. The scheduling is the tricky part I have to get everyone's schedule and plan accordingly. I have to make sure everyone will be available for the web conferencing, web collaboration and online meetings as needed.
