I had heard the terms of online meetings and web conferencing but never truly understood them. My new assistant suggested one day that implement our web conferencing system. I had told her that we did not have anyway to do web conferencing. She just laughed at me and then clicked a few things on my computer and bam I was set up f or online meetings via web conferencing. Of course she then needed to actually show me step by step on how to use the web conferencing completely. Now I am able to do online meetings and I just love the fact that I do not need to travel so much.
