Online Meetings Are Great

My company had been struggling with organizing meetings for years. All of my employees work from home, but we always needed to bring them together for faculty meetings and other events. Since they were not used to leaving their house for work, the meetings would always have a very low show rate.
I found a really easy fix for the problem though. We started web conferencing instead of meeting in person. Online meetings were great because we almost always had a 100% show rate. My employees could no longer make excuses about why they weren’t able to show up.
