Web conferencing has saved us so much time and money.

We have all of our meetings between the offices online. Our offices are based all over the US and we have online meetings once a week. There is no more need to travel we all stay in our own office and use web conferencing. We are much more organized since we switched to web conferencing also. Technology has been so helpful to our organization alone. I do not know how we ever got by without being able to have our meetings online.
